The housings featured smooth curves, seamless hinge mounts, reinforced base structures, and internal cable routing channels. Our high-resolution 3D printers produced matte, fingerprint-resistant surfaces, with optional texture finishes to match modern appliance aesthetics.

Thanks to the design freedom of 3D printing, we easily incorporated hidden compartments, modular lids, and scalable dimensions—allowing clients to explore multiple product sizes or feature sets without the need for expensive molds.

Each smart trash can housing was tested under real-world use cases for lid cycles, environmental moisture exposure, and user impact. The parts maintained their integrity, sealing performance, and cosmetic appeal throughout extended testing.

外壳结构集成了弧面造型、无缝转轴支座、底部加强筋与隐藏走线槽。高分辨率打印带来哑光防指纹质感,也可选仿金属喷涂或磨砂纹理,符合现代智能家电设计风格。
